Libraries Was Not Expected Even To Be Removed In 8.1, But They Might As Well Has It Has Been Now Removed It From "This PC" For The Average Windows User. Microsoft Doesn't Want You To Save Your Images And Documents To Your Libraries, But They Want You To Save It On SkyDrive Folder.

But Don't Worry, It's Not Completely Removed, I Was To Say That It Has Been Disabled In This Windows And You Have To Manually Enable It. To Do So, Follow The Instructions Below:-

• Open "View" Tab On Ribbon In "This PC" Folder.
• Click The Navigation Pane Button And Click On "Show Libraries".

4. SkyDrive Sync

Windows 8 Includes The SkyDrive Option, So You Can Use The SkyDrive In Your "This PC" Without Installing Any Third-Party Software. But In This Windows, You Will Need To Install SkyDrive App In Order To Save Your Documents And Pictures Straight In Your SkyDrive Folder.

As You Know That There Was Also A Great Option That You Can Make File "Available Offline", But In This You Can Only Access The File When Online.
